Dayna Muñiz
Dayna was an Intern in 2000 and 2001 and Assistant to the Executive Director in 2002. She researched Higher Education and Immigration. Dayna graduated from Stanford in June of 2005 with a BA in Chicano Studies major and a Minor in Cultural and Social Anthropology. She wrote an Honors Thesis entitled "La Jaula de Oro: Negotiating and Illegal Alien Identity in the Militarized American State." Dayna is applying to graduate school and she plans on entering a PhD program in Anthropology in the Fall of 2006.
