Amparo Garcia
Amparo is a 2001 graduate of Montwood High School and was a 2000 scholar, researching public health in El Paso county (more specifically the problems the city faces due to its proximity to the border and the low budget the state allocates to the city). Amparo graduated from Columbia University in May 2005 with a double major in Film Studies and History. She just finished working on a feature film and will soon head to sub Saharan Africa with the Peace Corps for 27 months. She researched Public health in El Paso county.
