Laura Hernandez
Laura Hernandez is a 2004 Montwood High graduate and is currently attending the University of Texas at El Paso majoring in Linguistics and minoring in Bilingual Education. In 2003, Laura was part of the infrastructure group who researched the funding stream for El Paso transportation projects. Laura returned to the program in 2004 as a second year-intern and researched higher education ("Closing The Gaps: The Role of Community Colleges in Higher Education"). Laura has continued to be active in the program as a board member since 2004 as well as supervising in the 2006 summer.
